Rogi entered the illustrious Howard University with an interest in performing arts, where she received professional training in theatre performance and production, dance, and teaching. In addition, she took advantage of the institution's fashion reputation and has modeled in numerous shows on and off campus for designers like Betsey Johnson, Kas of Kas Collection, and Michael Knight to name a few. In 2009, after attending an open call at the Pentagon City Mall in Arlington, VA, Rogi was invited as a semi-finalist on Cycle 14 of America's Next Top Model, Tyra Banks's hit reality TV show.
