2012 Online Registration Online registration is the quickest and most efficient way to guarantee your place at Modeling Camp. We highly recommend that you register online first before mailing in your paperwork. Please note this form must be filled out and submitted by a parent or legal guardian. 	SESSION ENROLLMENT OPTIONS All programs have limited availability and are available on a first come first served basis. Please choose the appropriate sessions. All fees are for one complete session. Fees will not be prorated for partially attended sessions and sessions may not be split. Fees include all regular daytime activites, field trips (if applicable) and lunch each day.
