MODELING CAMP STAFF
Modeling Camp staff are professional,
nurturing and friendly. Trained college-aged
or older counselors lead our groups.
Throughout the week, we welcome guest
instructors and industry professionals.
REGISTRATION
To register for a program, please fill out the
registration form completely and mail to
the Modeling Camp mailing address listed in the top banner on this page. A nonrefundable
deposit (made payable to The
Model Source) must
be submitted with your
registration form. Please check ‘Deposits’ to see the required deposit amount. You
will be invoiced for the balance due upon
receipt of your registration. Summer Camp
balances are due by June 1, 2008. If you
are mailing in your Summer Camp registration after June 1, 2008, you must
include the FULL session fee. Year Round
Program balances are due by the first class.
Please make sure that you remit your
balance due on time as this may result
in loss of your place. In this event, no
refund will be given.

PROGRAM FEES
All fees are non-refundable.
All session fees are for one complete course.
Session fees include all activities, field trips
(if applicable) and lunch. Unless specified,
photographic prints are not included in the
session fee, but may be purchased separately
at a later date.

| One day workshops and birthday parties must be paid in full. |
Payment can be made by check, money
order, credit card or cashiers check. Please
do not mail cash. We accept Visa,
Mastercard and Discover cards. We do
NOT accept American Express. If you wish
to pay by credit card please download our
credit card payment form from our website.
Your space will not be guaranteed until your completed registration and deposit are received by our office. Upon receipt of your registration, we will mail you a confirmation.

SUMMER CAMP
EXTENDED STAY
Our optional Summer Camp extended
day program runs in the mornings from
7:45am-9:00am and in the afternoons from
3:30pm-6:00pm. Extended care is an
extension of the camp day and is available
to all campers. Campers enjoy additional
activities and projects in addition to the
regular day of camp. Campers are offered a
snack at 4:15pm during afternoon extended
care. We do not provide breakfast.

*Please note that we do not provide
extended care on Fridays after the
fashion show. This last day of camp
will end early. All campers must be
signed out by 3:00pm on Friday to
avoid late fees.
CHECK FEES
There will be a $35 returned check fee for
all checks returned. Any legal costs incurred
by The Model Source, Inc. to collect unpaid fees
will be the responsibility of the person signing
the registration form. |

SUMMER CAMP LATE FEES
Our camp day ends at 3:30pm for regular session campers and 6:00pm for extended
care campers. (Except on Friday when
camp ends at 3:00pm for everyone). Campers from the regular program who
are not picked up on time will automatically be placed in our extended day program at
3:40pm and a Drop in Fee of $30.00 will
be charged. After 6pm, a fee of $1.00 will
be charged for every minute. Please note
that we will strictly enforce late fees.
Calling to tell us that you are running late
will be appreciated but will not excuse you from late fees. Late fees must be paid in
full before campers may return to camp the
next day. Camp clock will be located at
our sign in/out desk. This is the time which
will be used to calculate all late fees.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to high demand for our programs,
all fees (including extended care fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE after receipt by this
office. We do not offer partial rebates for
late arrival, early withdrawal, suspension or
dismissal. Sessions cannot be prorated,
deferred or split.
Summer campers may change their session
if there is availability. To do so, this must
be requested in writing by June 1, 2008.
After June 1, 2008, there will be a transfer
fee of $75.00. If you transfer a second
time, an additional transfer fee of $75.00
will apply.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Modeling Camp and The Model Source,
Inc. are not responsible for loss, theft
and/or damage to a campers’ personal
property. To prevent this occurring, we
encourage campers to put their name
on any personal items brought to camp.
Please do not bring valuable personal
items to camp. |

HEALTH INSURANCE
Campers attending our programs should be covered by health insurance. The parent or legal
guardian will be responsible for all medical expenses arising from or related to an injury or illness of their camper(s).
ACTIVITIES
Modeling Camp makes every effort to keep to the schedule detailed in the brochure. We do, however, reserve the right to alter, change
and/or omit any of the planned activities or instructors without notice.
NUTRITIOUS LUNCHES
All campers will be provided with a nutritious, catered lunch each day in the hotel restaurant. This is included in the session fee. The menu will be mailed to you prior to camp. If your child cannot select one of the choices each day, they
should bring a packed lunch. (No refunds)
CAMP SUPPLIES
Campers are required to bring a few items to camp on certain days. These are typically basic items that most girls already have - such as a brush and comb. A list of such items will be included in your Welcome Packet which is mailed to you before camp.
MODELING CAMP MALL
OPTIONAL camp supplies such as t-shirts,
make-up kits and tote bags are available for
purchase through our Modeling Camp Mall
Catalog. To guarantee your order, supplies
should be pre-ordered. Catalogs will be
mailed to you with your Welcome Packet.
Supplies will be available for purchase
on the first day of camp, but please note
that this is subject to availability. We
encourage campers to pre-order to avoid
disappointment. Supply orders will be
handed out on the first day of your camp
session.
