• Do I have to be a certain height or size to attend Modeling Camp? No! Modeling Camp is for ALL girls - of all heights and sizes! We think ALL girls should be able to experience the world of modeling and fashion!

  • Do I have to know how to model before attending camp? No! Most girls coming to Modeling Camp have never modeled before - so this is a 'first time' for almost everyone! It's a great way to 'get your feet wet' and see if you think this is for you! If you have done some modeling before - this is a great opportunity to make some amazing connections, get discovered and further your modeling career!

  • Do I have to have pictures or a modeling portfolio to come to camp? No! Most of our campers have never done a professional photo shoot and do not have a modeling portfolio. If you do have one though - definitely bring it because we would love to see it and help you develop it!

  • Is there a competitive feel to the camp? Absolutely not! :) Modeling Camp's mission statement is 'Approach life with confidence and style!' and that's our goal for you! Everyone at camp (staff and campers) is so friendly and inspiring and we encourage the message that 'true beauty comes from within'!

  • Do all girls have the opportunity to meet with an agency? Yes! But only if you want to! If you choose not to - you do not have to! It is completely optional. Agency requirements apply in this process. So, for example - if you meet the high fashion requirements you will meet with a fashion agency. Otherwise you have the option to meet with a commercial agency. Everyone has the chance to meet with an agent if they want to. You will also go home with a list of local agencies in your hometown.

  • What is the staff/camper ratio? The staff/camper ratio will vary depending on the activity - but generally is between 1:8 - 1:10.

  • If I am coming from out of town - do I have to stay in the hotel where the camp is located? Absolutely not! Modeling Camp attracts just as many local campers as we do out of town campers - so if you stay somewhere else, you will definitely not be the only one not staying in the hotel. It's usually about a 50/50 split on who stays there and who does not.

  • Is lunch included? Yes. Your lunch is included in your session fees so you do not have to bring any food with you.

  • What if I have a food allergy? Don't worry! Modeling Camp can accommodate any food allergy. Just have your parents notify us of the allergy ahead of time on the registration form and we will make sure that you have a lunch that is safe for you!

  • Do I have to bring anything with me to camp? Yes - a few basic items are needed. Before camp you will be mailed a 'Welcome Packet' which will have all the information you will need for the week in it. This will include a list of 'Things To Bring To Camp'. This list contains everyday items such as your own hair brush and comb, etc.

  • I've never done a photo shoot before and I don't know what to do? Please do not worry! Most girls coming to Modeling Camp have never done a shoot before and we are used to this. Modeling Camp staff will teach you how to pose and move comfortably in front of the camera and then guide you through the photo shoot.
